Register at SERXA

1) Register each member

UBOs, Directors, Shareholders (>25%), and any account users (if different) must register and complete KYC.

KYC for each person Email or phone login

2) Complete the forms

Fill, sign and submit the application and declarations below.

3) Submit KYB documents

Upload the required KYB documents below and click Submit.

Upload each required document next to its label. You can add multiple files per item if needed.

Important notes

  • Complete and check all information before submitting your application forms.
  • If you cannot sign digitally, print the signature page, sign by hand, and email it to business@serxa.eu.
  • It’s not mandatory to provide all documents listed above initially; our compliance team may request additional documents if needed.
  • After approval, we aim to issue your account within 2 business days.
